I had an amazing stay at Boutique Suites Palermo. The staff were really nice too make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The outdoor spaces were fantastic, especially for enjoying a cigarette. My room had a spacious balcony with a small pool, perfect for beating the heat. The area surrounding the hotel was lively and filled with great restaurants and bars. The included breakfast had a wide variety of options, including made-to-order eggs. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend staying at Boutique Suites Palermo.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, great to check out later. The spacious studio with a balcony was fantastic, and we enjoyed having friends over. The location was perfect, with great restaurants right next door, including vegan and Asian options. the hotel facilities, including the terrace, spa, and pool, were excellent.

I had a great stay in a nice area of Palermo, close to everything. The room was comfortable with a spacious balcony and a small pool to relax in. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a variety of options. The hotel had outdoor spaces to enjoy a cigarette and the location was convenient for exploring the lively neighborhood.
Some finishes in the room were done a little sloppy.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is perfect, nestled in a nice safe area of Palermo. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were impressed by the spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The patio was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink or bite to eat. And with the buffet breakfast offered each morning, we started our days off on the right foot. this place exceeded our expectations!

Located in the trendy neighborhood of Palermo Hollywood, the hotel is just a short distance away from the micro center of the city. The rooms are spacious and feature a convenient layout with separate doored off areas for the toilet and shower next to the sink. The area is rich in nightlife, offering numerous bars, restaurants, and lounges for entertainment.
The breakfast selection was limited, with a poor choice of cheese, ham, and fruits.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the comfortable and clean rooms provided by the hotel.
I experienced issues with the hot water in the shower. The hot water kept going on and off, frustrating and made it difficult to have a relaxing shower.
